1Acceptance
By booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.
2The service
GetNette connects you with vetted local cleaners. ECOLOGO®-certified products are standard; specialised products only for the toughest deep and move-out jobs.
3Pricing & estimates
The calculator gives your price from the details you provide; the final price changes only if on-site conditions differ materially, confirmed with you first.
4Payments & taxes
Payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant Canadian payment provider. GetNette is currently a small supplier, so no sales tax is charged; once we register for HST, applicable tax will be shown and added.
5Cancellation & rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel up to [X] hours before your visit at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6Clean Guarantee
Not happy with any area? Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free, no later than 48 hours.
7Home access
You provide safe access. Access instructions are stored securely and shared only with your assigned cleaner.
8Your responsibilities
Secure valuables, manage pets, and flag any hazards before the visit.
9Liability & insurance
Our cleaners are insured and bonded; liability is subject to [insurance terms].
10Damage claims
Report any damage within [X] hours; we investigate and resolve eligible claims promptly.
11Coverage area
Greater Moncton - Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and surrounding areas (E1A–E1H).
12Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada.
